What Happens If Temperature Is Too High In Incubator
What Happens If Temperature Is Too High In Incubator. Neither one is good for your eggs. Therefore, at higher temperatures (over about 55°c in the graph below) there is a rapid loss of activity as the protein suffers irreversible denaturation.

Improper temperature level could mean the temperature is too high or too low. As for humidity, i highly recommend the dry incubation method. Chicks hatch late, are soft and lethargic.
Eggs Were Cooled At 18 Or.
One that is run cold, a bit below 100.5 degrees f will tend to produce a late hatch. Incubation temperature may require some optimisation. Chicks hatch late, are soft and lethargic.
Chicks Might Die Or Not Develop If You Get Too Close To 99 Or 100 For A Long Period Of Time.
When humidity or temperature is too high in the incubator, the normal development and growth of the embryo is affected. The embryos are moving into hatching position and do not need to be turned. Zone of heat injury (above 40.5°c/104.9°f) at continuous temperatures above 40.5°c (104.9°f) no embryos would be expected to hatch.
High Temperature Is Especially Serious.
Conversely, incubation at high temperatures (>40°c) can reveal thermotolerant and thermophilic fungi (see chapter 14). Do not turn the eggs the last three days of incubation. Embryos need to breathe, but moisture from the air outside and rate of change of air affect humidity.
More Often Than Not, Poor Hatching Results Are Due To Improper Control Of Humidity Or Temperature.
Different sized incubators will require different sized bulbs to achieve the same temperatures. When the temperature or humidity is too high or too low for a long period of time, the normal growth and development of the embryo is affected. An incubator that is run warm, constantly averaging a bit above 100.5 degrees f will tend to produce an early hatch.
As For Humidity, I Highly Recommend The Dry Incubation Method.
Low humidity an early hatch. Styrofoam incubators are notoriously finicky, it seems even more so with the new lg 9300 (which i would bet money you are using). It's expensive, but well worth the money if you have a full time job and not a lot of.
